Directions if still needed. Take your best route to get to route 6 take that all the way through Corry. Pass the Wall- Mart keep heading toward Columbus PA. You will come to a fork in the road at the Crotty Chevy dealer. Take the left Y follow that (RT 957) you will come to another Y in the road stay right it is 4 houses down from there On the Left. We don't really have a gate ceremony at this point in time. The closing show is the conclusion of the story line. There are a few bed and breakfasts in the area. the ginger bread house and Victoria on Main. not sure of pricing. Hare creek campground has some heated trailers. they are a little pricey but if split with a few people would not be to bad. Closest hotels are in Warren Pa. My house is an absolute wreck I've done nothing but sew costumes for the past 3 weeks and counting, still finishing that last cloak. But I could house a few people if need be. PM me if you need further directions or assistance finding a place to stay. It will be cold this weekend.

We survived the season with less than desireable weather, actually spending the last weekend in the up stairs of the property owners barn, but we had a great time. The faire next season will be the first 3 weekends in June. Hope to see you then.

Looking forward to it. I had hoped to make it this year, but with my upcoming surgery and trying to get this place ready for Winter before going in the hospital, alas, it was not to be. Not to mention that my hip would not have liked the hilly ground of the site. By next June I hope to be in much better shape and hopefully Mother Nature will look upon you more favorably.

Indeed, it was a lot of fun, even if the weather did suck upon our arrival it did shortly clear up and the day wasn't too bad overall. This is a great little faire, and deserves your support, so go check it out.
KAT. How did 6N work out for you going home?

Mickey. Since both of you are in the Painesville area, your best bet would be take I-90 East toward Erie PA. Take I-79 South to Route 6N. Exit I-79 and go EAST on 6N about 9 miles till it merges with U.S. route 6. Follow 6 East to Corry PA. When you get to Corry keep your eyes open for PA. route 957 on your left. Turn onto 957 and follow it 5 miles to the entrance to Wild Rose, which will be on your left.
At the intersection of 6 and 957 you will start to see signs for Wild Rose. Have a safe trip, and have fun.

Droolin Jack's comedy danger show. And still working on a few last minute surprise possibilities will up date here if we are able to work things out to bring them it. Hope to see some of you there.
We will also have the one and only Axel the Sot for our second and third weekend.

We have one weekend left. We added Axel the Sot last weekend as well as the Rogues of Rafferty Celtic duo. Both will be performing again this weekend. Also Live from the Pirate Isles, comedy danger and fire! The Plunder Dogs, Irish tunes and Sea Shanties. The Viking Home Companion, Humorous tales of going viking. Flying Carpet Tales and The Hanged Man for the kids. This week we will also be adding..... Shattered Shakespeare. Performed by John Blankenbehler (playing the king at GLMF this year, and Vincent Polowey (The Plunder Dogs, Droolin Jack and Jenny magic and danger show) If you have had a chance to see them in action then you know how funny this is, If you have never seen it you don't want to miss it.
For any one planning on heading over from Ohio there is a detour on RT 6. If you take 90 over I recommend staying on it until the town of North East get off there then take 89 back to Rt 6.
