OK Trevor, I'll buy that explanation. But gee, you would think the quorum would want some V.P. candidates for this election, no? They seemed to insist on it the last time. So now what happens if Baltar kicks the bucket? who is next in line? HANK.

Hey guys. New seasons of SG1 and Atlantis start next Friday. In keeping with the tradition of grabbing actors from canceled scifi shows (last season we got the 2 from Farscape, and Alexa from Andromeda) we get another one this season of SG1 SPOILER Inara from Firefly www.gateworld.net/news/2006/04/morenabaccarinisadria.shtml

Is it just my imagination or are the show schedules on the SciFi channel screwy? Lets see, SG-1, Atlantis, and BSG end there run back in March. SG-1 and Atlantis return in July and do another season finale in Sept. Now! BSG is coming back on in a couple of weeks and running till, what?? Dec. maybe. What happened to starting a show in Sept and running till late April or May like they use to before going into reruns? Made it a hell of a lot easier to follow the show, not like this jumping all over the place.
Trevor. In reply 137 you stated Inara from firefly was joining the cast of SG-1. What happened there? I don't recall seeing her. HANK.

As to the schedule. Part of it is to not conflict with the major networks. This way, they have less competition.
And for those that don't know. This is the final season of SG1. Sci-Fi is canceling the show.

Hey guys. Anyone here still watching the shows? Doctor Who, Battlestar Galactica, and SG1 and Atlantis when they return? I haven't been posting in here because I talk about all the shows over on Scope now. bb.bbboy.net/scopevision

Yeah Trev...Still watching Doc Who, and BSG. Though I'm not sure why on BSG, it is getting more "stupid" every week. I mean come on. Last week they had a chance to wipe out the Cylons and some "bleeding heart" screws it up cuz we might "offend" them! If you're that damn stupid you deserve to die! Like "Hero's and Jericho, even if it is a Wednesday night Science fiction show. HANK.

Even if the plan would have worked, I doubt it would have wiped out the cylons. And there is no saying they still can't try the plan again at a later date. I am sure they could capture another cylon and infect it.

I suppose there is the "logical" explanation! If we wipe out the bad guys who is going to watch these idiots fly thru space every week and bicker among themselves? That would be about as entertaining as watching ice melt! Anyway, it's getting close to Doctor Who time, so I'm gonna cut out and go watch the TV. HANK.

Is it just me, or has Battlestar Galactica been a real YAWN this season? I see next week is the season final already. Thank God! Maybe they will put on something interesting in its place. HANK.

Not actually a season finale, but time for the mid season break. And I do agree this season hasn't been the greatest. There have been some good eps and even more good moments, but overall it has been kinda blah.
