Want to let the rest of us in on the plan John? What or who is Broon, please? Glad Sir Trevor is excited! Just would like to find out why.

For those of you who don't know him Broon is by far the funniest show the festival circuit has ever seen. He is an inspiration to acts like hackand Slash, johnny Phoenix, and the like. He was a staple at GLMF for years. He is a part of a plan that to bring the highest quality performers back to the faire. By doing this we are raising the quality of the show as a whole and thereby increasing attendance which has been down for the past several years. Other things are in the works but I will not break any news until negotiations are finished with each. That way no false information is released to start rumors.

I'm just glad we have some official word. A refreshing change.
Also, I have faith in you and whatever you plan. I was very impressed with the things you already had in the works for this season, while last season was still in progress. You came in late last year, but you hit the ground running and I look forward to seeing things unfold.

For those of you who do not know of Broon, the name Broon is (or at least WAS) his persona when playing Renfest gigs.
Not only is he funny, he is good..... good juggling, good fire work and good straightjacket escapes....
When last he played at GLMF. Johnny Phoenix was also on the roster, but Johnny did a very different show then called Shakespeare's Chicken - or something to that effect....
So now, the plot thickens...... ;D

Yeah, I remember hearing that a lot of Johnny's current show he learned from Broon. If Johnny is back this year, I am sure the two of them will work things out so there isn't a lot of overlap. There are a lot of acts on the circuit that have similar shows. When a couple of them are playing the same faire, they usually work things out so they aren't both trying to get the same audience. That way they both can benefit instead of hurting each other.
