Sounds like a heck of a project. But also a very worthwhile one.
Here is hoping all is smooth sailing for you.

We sure hope to get to spend some time with you both. love sheila Sheila, I hope you do get down to visit this summer. We would love to show you our wonderful area, and our new garden. Patti and I are staying in our neighbors summer beach home. They will be gone until March. We usually watch it for them, and they didn't want us to move away during the destruction/reconstruction. So, I will watch out the window as they build our new home. I'm sure they will love that. As for the snowfall. We rarely get anything of consequence in our area due to our geographic location near the ocean. When the upstate figures come in, we are shocked at the difference between up there and our location, 70 miles farther south/east. Not that I am complaining. I grew up in PA and know exactly what I'm escaping. I do feel for all of my Ohio friends during the winter. I always felt concern for Griffins during the winters, but we were pretty fortunate overall. I remember when Larry had several walk in freezers and coolers collapse during the heavy snows up there. Hearing that always made me happy that we overbuilt the booth all those years ago. I hope all is well for your new rental people this summer. Hopefully we will see you all at least one weekend this year. We are anticipating a busy time building our pond and garden area in the spring, but hope to be able to bring photos with us if we do make it there. Mitch

Well this has been one wild and crazy winter! The few snows we have had quickly melted, which I like, because in past Winters by the time it ended I had piles of snow as high as the house from where I plowed.
Trevor, I have little sympathy for you my friend. 67 degrees with low humidity should not be anything to "sweat" over. You could alway wait till the next blizzard to go out an tinker on the car. Speaking as someone who prior to buying the place we now own worked on cars outside in the driveway for 30 years, I will take sweating over bone numbing, teeth chattering cold any day. Hell, only a few days ago I was back out in the cold trying to get my friend's car out in Orwell started for her. Now! with a full suit of Carhartt's and insulated boots on I can't say I was really cold, but it was like working in a damn spacesuit! Your maneuverability is greatly lessened and God help you if you drop a tool or small part in the snow, you waste 20 minutes looking for it! It can stay 67 degrees all winter as far as I'm concerned!
To Lady Catherine...I told you the solution to that problem;shorten the season by 12 games and start the END of April. A 150 games should be enough anyway! Whatda ya want, they should play 365 games a year? As for Faire; The milder the Winter, the less we should have to clean up. It is all that wet heavy snow and high winds that causes all the damage out there. HANK.

NO Hank, to shorten the bb season is not the solution. Yes, bb should be played l-o-n-g-e-r....
