We are doing OK here at the moment. Quite a bit of snow has fallen, but the ground is still warm, so no accumulation that would require plowing. BUT!! If you wish to go anywhere, you will be scraping off your car windows.
This is why I HATE winter! It does not have the decency to stay in its own season. NO! It has to intrude into Autumn and Spring. 3 months of snow I can deal with. But 6 damn months of it is just ridicules! Come on Global Warming!!!
And if you are wondering how I come up with 6 months of Winter, do the math people: Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, March, April, ( and sometimes even October. Though this one was nice.) HANK.

Same here in Meadville/Conneaut lake, it snowed off and on all day but nothing stuck. Last night it piled up then melted away by morning. Erie got pounded though. lol

Well in the Waynesburg-Canton area not to much. Had some rain that turned to sleet yesterday and today but nothing to get the snow brushes out for and the winds where high down here. I wish I was in Arizona for the winter

Winter finally showed up in our area. The ground was covered when I went out this morning, not to a depth that I had to plow, but if it keeps up I'm sure that will change soon. BUT! I am ready for it, I finally got the mower decks detached from the tractors and the plows installed along with doing some routine maintenance on them, so they will be ready to do battle when the times comes.
The winds were hellacious! Had some small Branch's down in the yard, and I saw road crews out dealing with a couple of trees that came down around the area as I traveled about today.
Drive safe, and stay warm! HANK.

This weather blows. Quite literally, and not in the good, warm way.

Well, we dealt with about 3 inch's yesterday, and it looks like I will be dealing with more today. Shouldn't really complain though, this was the first time I had to plow this year....Well, not counting back in Jan, Feb, etc. Some years when winter started in Nov. I have plowed half a dozen times by now.
I said I shouldn't complain....But I will anyway! Snow shoveling/plowing is just a big time wasting pain in the ASS! At least in the Summer, if you don't bother mowing your grass it does not impede your getting out of your house. A couple of feet of snow on the other hand is a whole different story. Another thing. In the Summer, the people from the township who come out and mow the ditches manage to do so without knocking over your mailbox, unlike these idiot snowplow drivers who's only requirement for the job seems to be a total lack of driving skills, as they seem to hit everything on /or near the road!
COME ON SUMMER!!! HANK.
