I haven't tried them as of yet.. I wasn't sure what to expect, and never got around to trying them in a stir-fry because I had a lot of jalapenos for that!
I might be able to snag a few and give them a whirl this weekend if I can find the time...

BAKED SHRIMP WITH TOMATOES AND FETA
1 TBS. OLIVE OIL 1 MEDIUM ONION, DICE 2 GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED 2 14.5-OUNCE CANS NO-SALT-ADDED DICED TOMATO'S 1/4 CUP FINELY MINCED FRESH FLAT LEAF PARSLEY 1 TBS. FINELY MINCED FRESH DILL 1 1/4 POUNDS MEDIUM SHRIMP PEELED AND DEVEINED 1/4 TSP. SALT,PLUS MORE TO TASTE 1/4 TSP. FRESHLY GROUND BLACK PEPPER PLUS MORE TO TASTE 2/3 CUP CRUMBLED FETA CHEESE
PREHEAT OVEN TO 425 HEAT OIL IN AN OVEN PROOF SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT. ADD ONION AND COOK, STIRRING FREQUENTLY, UNTIL SOFTENED,ABOUT 3 MINUTES.ADD GARLIC; COOK FOR 1 MINUTE. ADD TOMATOES AND BRING TO A BOIL. REDUCE HEAT TO MEDIUM-LOW AND LET SAUCE SIMMER FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES, UNTIL TOMATO JUICES THICKEN. REMOVE SKILLET FROM BURNER. STIR IN PARSLEY,DILL AND SHRIMP,AND SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER. SPRINKLE FETA ONER TOP TOP. PLACE SKILLET IN OVEN; UNTIL SHRIMP ARE COOKED THROUGH AND CHEESE HAS MELTED, ABOUT 12 MINUTES.

The recipe doesn't say, but trust me on this......use RAW shrimp, not cooked. Otherwise, you'll have baked rubber! They really should SAY that in these recipes! No offense to you, Bun, and it sounds great!

Kate and I developed a new cold remedy that would be good at any time of year, but especialy when it's a chilly evening at home...
Spiced Chai + Honey + 1 oz Tullamore Dew Irish whiskey...
Simple, straight forward, and DANG good! ... It may be a bit toooo evil though. I can see a night full of these much too easily!

Easy Sugar Cookies 1tsp. baking soda half tsp.baking powder 1cup butter(I used margerine) 1and a half cup sugar 1 egg 1tsp vanilla
bake 375 for 8-10 min makes 4 dozen
Roll into balls and sprinkle with sugar,bake

Sounds good! This one is good too, and simple.
Mom's Butter Cookies
1 cup butter 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/4 cup sugar 2 cups flour
Cream butter and sugar, add flour, mix well. Chill for 30 min. to overnight. Roll into 'log, slice 1/8 inch thick or cut with cookie cutters. Sprinkle with sugar, candies, chopped nuts, etc. or just leave plain.
Place in preheated -350 - oven on ungreased cookie sheet, bake 8-10 minutes until edges are golden brown.

This is great when you're in a hurry, but still want something hot and substantial.......especially around this time of year.
5-MINUTE CHICKEN CORN CHEDDAR SOUP
2 CANS CORN, DRAINED, OR ONE BAG FROZEN 1 CAN CONDENSED CHEDDAR CHEESE SOUP 2 CUPS CHICKEN BROTH 1 CUP MILK 2 CUPS DICED, COOKED CHICKEN ( DICED HAM IS ALSO GOOD) OPTIONAL, BACON BITS, DICED GREEN PEPPER, DICED ONION, EXTRA CHEESE, BLACK PEPPER, DASH ITALIAN SEASONING.
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN PAN, HEAT AND SERVE. GARNISH WITH SHREDDED CHEESE, BACON BITS, CRUSHED TORTILLA CHIPS, ETC.
