Our Pleasure! I found the web sight to the fountain, so if this works you can see what it looks like, hopefully you wont be disappointed. Do you have some tarps and stuff to keep it from bouncing around during its travel to the new Home? See you Saturday fountain

I fixed the link for you.
Hey! What time will you be setting that up Saturday? I don't know if I can do much this weekend (things are still up in the air family wise on holiday plans) But I may be able to shoot up there and lend a strong back to the process.

Tom...That thing looks pretty damn cool. Don't worry about it 'bouncing around." I drove truck for 28 years, a lot of it with a flatbed, so I have straps and can tie its ass down so it ain't going nowhere.
Trevor. We hope to pick this thing up at Tom's place Saturday morning between 8:30 and 9:00 AM. so with loading and travel time I think we should arrive at GLMF around 11:00,11:30.
This thing is a monster, ain't it? 608 pounds in weight. That averages out to 152 lbs apiece, assuming all four pieces are of equal weight.
Tom. I have a question, if I enter your road off Little Mountion and go toward Booth and the School house, is your place on my left or right? I have a pretty good idea where you are. See you Saturday.
HANK.

Hank- my house would be on your right, their is nothing but field across the street. The problem with the weight is that 2 pieces make up the bulk 2 pieces only weigh about 20 lbs each one weighs about 90 the other 2 I can hardly lift even with help. I dug them out tonight and have the bowl on a dolly.(that just about took me out) the stand can be moved with a 2 wheel dolly Please be careful putting it together so no one gets hurt. let the young guys do it because their immortal
Trevor thanks for the fix on the link

Hank
Just a reminder that you will need something under the base to keep it from sinking. I have some bricks laying around , can you get some screening or small gravel? Also did you get help secured for the set up?

I have started the "Memorial Garden" and the incense signs. Both on wood then Mike will nail them to a post for us to "plant." They are blue with black lettering. (both Calligraphic.) They SHOULD be ready to go in on Sunday. Sound OKay?

I don't think Dave's been up here today, Kat, but that sounds great. Thanks!

Not sure if I will make it in time to help with the fountain. The wife decided that we are going to the Andover flea market tomorrow. Not sure what time we are going, or coming back yet.
Just a heads-up, so people aren't waiting for me.

Someone may have already thought of this, but I thought I might mention it anyway. It's a fountain right? And what's the number one thing people love to do with fountains? Throw spare change in! Maybe someone could make a sign stating that all donations would go to the upkeep of the site or something more tactful l Just thought it might be a good idea or might provoke an even better one

Saw the fountain today and it looks wonderful. We'd thought about using any spare change thrown in for the garden, but I don't think anyone thought about putting up a sign. Bro? What do you think?
Mind, first we need actual water...................... ;D

Just a quick note to TNT, since he signs on as a guest I can't PM him. The fountain rode great, it didn't move one millimeter from whence we tied him down. And we had more then enough manpower on site so unloading him and sitting it in place was no problem. I will return your four wheel dolly and the white tarp back to you in the next day or so.

Stopped by the gardens yesterday. Dave, Aubrey, Jen and whomever else helped....they look wonderful!
I spoke with Dave about putting names on parchment paper and then laminating them, just for this year. He said he would get back to me, so we know what names.
I can also do the same with a sign for donations.
