He didn't mention that to me when we talked later that night. Must not have been too big a deal. Knowing him, I am sure he difused the situation and probably managed to turn it into some kind of bit. He is that good. Oh, I know he is a great performer!! Maybe we're talking about different fights? But he came by our booth Sunday evening before pub sing, and couldn't laugh or cough without a good deal of pain. He said that after doing a staged fight - the one they'd originally planned for rainy/muddy days, but cast wanted to see it, so they figured "what the heck" and did it again - he had collapsed theatrically on a picnic table. While he was lying there with his eyes closed, someone came up and thumped him hard in the middle of the chest! I think he mentioned that the medics checked him out and nothing seemed broken or severely damaged, but it was an hour or so later when we saw him and it was still bothering him. I'm sure it passed, though. Anyway......

Yes, that was the brawl I was talking about (and have some pictures of as well)
He didn't seem bothered by anything at the wrap party. So hopefully whatever the problem was had passed by then, and he is fit as a fiddle.

Yes, apparently the lady came up to him, punched him in the chest and said CPR and walked off. What on earth was she thinking?!

Most people don't think. That is the problem. That is why any time I am watching any street bit by the cast, I keep an eye on the patrons. You never know when one will walk into the middle of everything, or even try to do something. Case in point - During the dingy races. You would not believe how many people walked right in front of someone chugging away with one of those boats on them. Even after being repeatedly told to "watch out, big boat coming through". They would usually look at me, look at the boat, then walk right in front of it anyway.
