From my point of view the crowd reaction, when I smashed that guitar. everyone was so serious I thought dear Lizzie was going to beat me.
I love the faire ;D

July 17th pub sing when Lizzie wished my son a happy 16th birthday and the gypsies kidnapped him and forced him to dance with them. He was then knighted. A great birthday that he won't soon forget!

So, lets get the memories flooding back. We have under 3 months until faire starts and I want to get back in the mood. I still love the Moose song!

One of mine was when that performer who did weird things with nails and balloons and he was doing the nail thingy and the look of total disbelief on Lizzie's face. Priceless

I love all of pub sing -- especially now that I know the words to more of the songs and can sing along (badly, but who cares?!?!? ). But I think my favorite/most memorable moment from last year was the weekend that either The Rogues or Scottish Mayhem were playing, and a female fan was dancing next to the stage....and her.....ahem.....well, let's just say some "things" had escaped from her bodice. The piper was trying not to stare/laugh/whatever, I think. And she just kept jumping up and down......

A couple of years ago, mayhaps 3,when the ORIGINAL mudbeggars MOONED the audience! Now that was a classic.. Probably why they were never asked to return.. C'mon now tell me that no one remembers that?

OH YA Lady C. I remember that one! I even have a photo to prove it. yep, yep, yep! What I don't remember is the one Celtic wench spoke of. Are you sure that happened at pub sing? I'm not saying it didn't happen, but maybe it was at one of their performances. I am at ALL the pub sings, and being the lecherous old man that I am I would SURELY remember that had I saw it. ;D ;D HANK.

To Sword School Groupie...There were THREE guitars broken. The first was in the town Sq, near the information booth. The second was outside the gate at the closing of Faire and the third was at the Pub sing on the last day. I know! I supplied TWO of those guitars. HANK.

Nope, definitely pub sing, Hank. I do believe I even pointed it out to Penfold at the time.....we were standing by the pub bar, the boobage was at the right-hand corner of the stage (as you are facing it). Trying to remember which weekend.....

just checked the Rogues calendar from last year....it would have been the second weekend, July 9-10. And I think it was that Sunday, since I had a wedding to go on Saturday.
