Indeed Mickey, warm is good. And I hope we see lots more of it. Today was pretty nice around here, snow is starting to melt, the downside of that is I have a couple of leaks in one of the garage roofs that I will have to deal with soon. COME ON SPRING!!
Ya know, in addition to setting the clocks an hour ahead in a couple of days, I think we should re-arrange the calender as well. Make December, January, and March have only 28 days like February. Then, we take those 9 extra days and tack them on to June, July, and August so we have more SUMMER! Seems like a damn good idea to me. We have just way to much winter anyway. More Summer, less winter would make me damn happy. HANK.

The weather had me but when I heard from one of my kids and how happy they sounded about something in their life well.....that did it for me. The mommy I am came out and they are adults ouch!!! Good Day!!!!

Ahh, yes, Hep--we're always the mommy though, are we not?!? No matter their age, or stage of life, we're always their parent--which in those down times makes me think, "What the h___ was I thinking??"
I have to agree with you also that when someone you care about has good news, it's good news for you also! I'm definitely on the bandwagon for the 'More Summer, Less Winter' contingency that is forming right here in this thread. Count me in!!!
