Once upon a time (today) in a village far, far away (Avoloch) two warriors from Master Turk's Sword School (Hank & Bunnie) journeyed. They found some of the Villagers in great distress. It seemed that over the winter a Ring tailed Dragon (aka, Raccoon) had made a home in the abode of one Master Griffin. There were most strange noises emanating from his ceiling. Master Griffin, and his family were most frightened by this. One of the villagers ( George) had some smoke bombs and tried to flush them out. That tactic met with some success as the mother Dragon scampered out from the roof, leaving behind her brood of three baby Dragons. At that point, the warrior known as Hank, who is a S.H.I.T. (thats, Super Hero In Training) reached up into the ceiling with his bare hands (well, I did have gloves on) and dislodged two of the baby Ring tailed Dragons. A third one was found later by one of Master Griffin's family. We placed said fearsome creatures some distance from master Griffins in the hopes that the mother would return to move them to a new home. We believe them to be but 10 days old or so, as their eyes were just opening. I hope the mother returns for them as they a awfully cute at that age.
Afterward we continued with our task of cleaning up the village for the coming festivities. Tomorrow we will continue with that activiity. HANK.

Just so you know, things are iffy, about us making it this weekend. I want to come out Saturday, but might end up working construction instead (depends on if the boss calls me or not)
I'd rather be at the faire helping out, but can't afford to pass up the money I would make.

As some know John has to work and I don't drive so we aren't going to be there this weekend. Hopefully others will be able to be there to help.

Looks like a pretty sparse crew this weekend! Saturday: I'm assuming Bob and Rhonda will be there, and Dave. Bunnie will be there in the morning. I have personal business in Canfield, so I won't arrive till about 1:00 PM.
Trevor, will you and Brit be there on Sunday? Bunnie and I have a volunteer program with the Cleveland Metro Parks on Sunday morning, but we will be out to GLMF sometime around 11:00 AM to Noon.
Catch ya all later. Gotta go chase down some parts, and fix some cars. HANK

Doubtful. Sundays are problematic now. Friday and Saturday I change gears and live like a normal person, but come Sunday, I have to get a few hours sleep during the day to get myself back into the 3rd shift swing again. Going from Sunday morning to Monday morning without sleep just isn't my idea of fun. (at least until faire comes, then I will be doing it so I can enjoy faire and work be damned)

Punta Cana sounds like something the Center for Disease Control should be looking into, not a place you go for vacation.
Oh my God, doctor! We have an outbreak of Punta Cana in Chicago!! Hundreds are dead!
Hey, Lady C...Were you at the airport the other day when all the excitment took place? See you folks Sunday. Be safe. HANK

Yes, Hank I was. I leave thru the field(active runway, when no aircrafts;s are there), heard a ton of roaring sirens. No big deal I surmised, we hear them daily-ah but this one was different.
Dead man was a walking loose cannon! All the ticket counter employees were hurried in the breakrooms, my collegue(when it was over), he was working the counter, saw a dying man, bleeding, and the wounded officer.
We walk daily on our breaks, today SAW no officers on the concourse-that's not to say there werent available, thinking they were on the ticket counter side.
Who thinks at an airport this would happen?
You have NO IDEA what personalities we deal with. Today another strange goof stuck out like a sore thumb.
On occassion you have to call CPD for assistance, some idiots are so beyond normalcy, and reason.. A normal individual when they see an Officer, they calm down, other's are plain stupid..
Got an year I could tell you some factual stories. This type of industry creates a thick skinned individual, and this job is not for anyone. It has a lot to be learned.
When I no longer work there, Im thinking of writing a book from the other side of the counter. Seriously, one day this year, I'll tell you some good stories, starting with the actor Robert DeNiro, Geo Hamilton, just to name a few. and my very first experience with United...

Well, I only managed to spend a few hours helping out. We got some more post-holes dug (Bob did a lot of the work there) Hank and I carried the columns in and set a few in place (where the holes were done) The others were still raking, and helping load up the tractor with leaves.
Not sure what they got done after I left to go do some more work at the wife's camper.
