I am very much interested in learning the details of helping at the faire. Where do you register? What times are available, Is there a schedule? Will tools be provided? Must you wear garb, or elf ears?

There are no details yet.
You send Panda your contact information (you email her and let her know you are interested. That way she has your email to get a hold of you)
When spring rolls around and the weather is co-operative, then the faire will figure out what all they need done. I assume, then they will contact everyone who has shown an interest and let them know the details. After that they will probably have to see who is still interested and able to come, then they will work out some sort of schedule.

Alright, here we go!!
I would like to get everyone together on Saturday April 9th at 11am at the Faire Office. This is also our first cast rehearsal day. If you are on cast and want to help, let me know then so i can count you in on non-rehearsal days (Brook gets you guys first!)
Non-cast, meet me at the office and we will go over some general info, rules, scheduling and all that jazz. Then we will more than likely begin our mission picking up stix, as that is the first thing we always do. after that we will get to do more fun things!! I promise!!
I will email all of you who have emailed me. anyone else who wishes to join us, EMAIL ME!!!!
Any questions? Just ask!!
Sarah

Dang! April 9th? I have a series of massage and Reiki Sessions that day...but don't put me out for the count, I still want to help! I'm sure you will keep posting times for "Operation Avaloch"! Remember...if you need vinyl signage...I might be able to help you out in that Dept. providing work isn't too torn up and the equipment is still hooked up!

Just a quick reminder. A little over a day until the first day of sitework!
Hope to see a lot of you there.

Hope the weather is with you. We won't be able to be there. Between work and OTHER THINGS . Hope to be there the next time though. Fingers and toes crossed. Remember your gloves and stay out of the poison ivy if any. ;D

Weather should be great. ARound 50. Warm enough to be comfortable, but cool enough not to work up a real sweat.
