So here's a brief and babbling note about the state of Rat Puck at GLMF in 2k5.
I plan on (note, plan on, have not yet) speaking to Mr. Emrys Fleet once more to see if I can hold a non-official unsanctioned tournament at GLMF.
Due to his kindness last time and the fact that the Pox Open would not affect his actual Rat Puck rankings, I do not think he will mind.
At worst, he'll say no and GLMF will continue to be a casual Rat Puck venue.
Tee times. Once the schedule is set for next year, I plan on making up some standard tee times so on average, we won't interrupt a show by pucking our way through. I believe though that planning out alternate holes in case of bad timing would be a good idea.
Holes. Ideas? I still need to write down this past years and plan out more.
Thus concludes the end of my babble. Wootah!

That is what this board is for Penfold. You can put the descriptions right here if you want. Then I can add them to the map. Eventually I plan on making it an image map. Then you can click on a hole on the big map, and it will take you to a close up look of the hole with a description. Kind of like what I do on this page for another one of my hobbies.

I like the way you think! If we did that, the 2 people in the lead would be the riders. Heh. So we'd all get a turn. Hrm...actually, the way I was playing this past season, perhaps the 2 people farthest behind should get to ride.

You weren't doing to bad Sunday. Especially when you were only playing me and Leah.

Hey Brian. I'm going to hold off on numbering the holes when I draw them in on the map. I figured it would be best to wait and see where they were all going to be before numbering them.

Hey, did you ever get motivated enough to write down the details for the existing holes yet?

Um. Hrm. At this time I do not know what is going to pan out for this current faire season. I am working weekends at my job and that can obviously create quite the hindrance.

That is truely not good news If worse comes to worse though, Britny and I can organize a few games. We have rats and sticks and know a few of the holes, and some of the rules.

Maybe Penfold can send you some of his knowhow so the game can be still played. Having to work weekends does suck during faire season.. One has to turn there life totally around during the summer and that is hard for someone who is new to a company oh we know it ourselfs.

I am doing my best to work things out on all angles. Who knows until the time comes? At worst I should be able to at least stop in sometime to say hi to everyone. At best, things on many fronts will clear and I may be able to guest perform again. No matter what happens, it all stems back to the job. Gotta make money, therefore, gotta work. And now, just because I want to:

Oh! So that's the way it is Penfold? I make the decision to join the pucking around this year and you want to run and hide. I don't blame you. The competion obviously is getting way too tuff for you Hopefully, you will work out your fear and join us. I'll see you some way my friend.

That reminds me. We should probably make a hole at Griffin's.
Maybe something from the garden stage over to the chairs at Griffin's. Hit the chair and your done, put it on the chair and get a stroke off?
