GLMF Sneak Peak! - Fox 8 Friday Morning, 7/4/08!

Hey all,

I got a heads up, and have the DVR already set in case I don't wake up early enough on the day off work..

For those of you who just can't wait for Saturday for a Faire fix, you can get a sneak peak of what to expect at Chess Match this season.

Fox 8 (Cleveland). Friday morning, July 4th. Sometime after 7:30, prolly around 7:45.. Broadcasting from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame....

The King and the Duke will be at arms, showing off their fight from Chess Match!!!

WTF?!?!?! I've been watching for over an hour, goshdarnnit.

About 8:20, they went on.. They introduced King Arthur, the Duke of Winchester, and as they started the fight, they cut to a screenshot with info for the Faire..

Yeah, it's a promo for GLMF, but it cut out the best advertisement for the Faire, the dang FIGHT!!!!

Ah well, we do see a mace and axe as weapons being used.

They also introduced the Duchess of Remington, Lady Morgana, and Queen Guenivere.. The funniest part was when they were cutting back to the newsroom, they showed Guenivere and Morgana dancing together, and one of the newscasters commented "I thought Quenivere and and Morgana didn't get along?"


So, no fight. Sigh. I could have slept in more. BAH!!

But hey, it's still a promo!
