Does anybody know of a good place to go to get artificial Sinew?
Some of you might not know what it is it is also called "Cat gut" All i know is that it is used for leatherwork and maybe for copper piping.
The project i am doing is weaving my own Bullwhip and it is needed for a core matierial (bonding the belly and gives it "springy" action)

OK Obert, I just gotta ask. What the hell does sinew have to do with copper piping? I can understand using it in a bull whip or bow string, but when I think of copper piping I think of the water lines in my house, and I fail to see the connection that would have with cat gut. HANK.

Well truth be told i could have been wrong about that, but I could have sworn my dad used for bonding pipes or something

Try Tandy Leather.....they carry everything for every kind of leatherwork. Should be online too.
