So I've recently discovered that a male and female bunny do not actually need to make physical contact in order to have babies. Guess how I found out.....
Yep, I currently have the most adorable assortment of fluffy balls of bunny cuteness.
Why is this a problem?? Well, because bunnies are factorial.....I had 2, no I have 9 and if I do not get them homes within the next 2 weeks (when they will be reaching maturity) I will have a vast bunny infestation.
If anyone is interested in adopting any of them I am giving them away free to a good home. They have just reached the age where they can leave their mother (4 weeks).
The only real requirements I have are that I know you moderately well.....as in enough to know that you are going to keep my fluffy grandchild as a pet and are NOT taking it as free snake food. I've seen this happen too many times and if someone did that to my babies the next thing their snake would be eating would be them. /endrant
Anywho, I figured I'd check now considering the last week of faire happens to coincide with them being old enough to leave. If anyone is interested let me know. (They're even litter trained!)
Also, if you want pics let me know and I'll get some up.

I may be interested in providing a home to 1 or 2 bunnies. I don't know you but would be happy to talk with you if you're willing. I/We know many of the other regular playtrons at GLMF, and have attended and been playtrons now for 14 years. We know Bob (The Duke) very well, and I'm sure he'd vouch for us also. I would need to find out about the mysterious 'how baby bunnies get here without Momma and Papa ever making "physical contact" with each other' though also. I don't want to end up with a population explosion if I would get more than one either!!

Well, just make sure you get all the same gender. Pretty sure they can't procreate like that, but you never know, we are talking about rabbits here!

lol, I'll PM you.
Also, in relation to the "no-contact pregnancy", apparently the male is capable of just, uh...., spraying it on the female and with some amount of luck can get her pregnant.

Maybe they are like "Tribbles" and are just born pregnant!
If this spraying thing is true maybe you should keep the cages farther apart.
And Mal, I will vouch for Mickey as being good parents to your fluff balls.
HANK.

Probably best known to most as one of the jailors in 2005 2006 she was the blacksmith

Bump.
Need to get rid a bunnies!
Pls PM me.
I really don't want to give them to a pet store where they will end up as food.
I have 6 of them that need to go:
4 are black. 1 is orange!! (have you EVER seen an orange bunny before?!?) and 1 is a weird tan and gray mix (looks like his dad who is a velveteen rex)
