Wow...I missed her too....what's going here.. It is a sad fact that some people have things come up and cannot come back to be cast full time. I hope those who cannot, can at least come and visit us. I noticed a few others not on the list, but I won't mention any names right now. Some others I knew at the end of last season would not be returning. It is sad, but they have great things going on in their lives, and I am happy for them.

Hah. Well played, Trevor, well played. That'll be interesting once we have our new faces up there... for now, it's just a lovely laugh. The village looks something special now, doesn't it.

Actually losing any one is never a "Big Hit" it only opens doors for other actors to grow

I meant personally...he's become a good faire friend to me and the family...we don't see him much outside of faire due to the distance.

Wow! I'm so excited I get to be a lady in waiting! You know, I really put that part down because I want to wear a pretty dress...and now my dreams are fulfilled! *cackles evilly* Ahhh, fresh meat...... with no clue as to the weight and heat and restricting horrors of the clothing of nobility... Lower class has all the real fun, trust me. Nahh, kidding. Apparently nobility can be great fun if you do it right. Just be sure to abuse your peasants, it gives lower class more to play with. Nice nobility are so often boring... There's a challenge for you! Interesting benevolent nobility with lots of bits and lots of potential interaction. */rambles late into the night*

Actor, aye, well, we can work with this. Though, how 'I'd like to play a Noble' became translated into 'the only real scum-level peasantry' is beyond me. =P It'll be fun. My knees won't be happy though. Maybe I'll just lie in the dirt all day moaning melodramatically.

I was so busy doing the page, I forgot to comment on the cast itself. I count 46 cast members. Not huge, but not as bad as the year we only had like 30. I think they will be more prevalent though, as I see no sign of gypsies or jailors. So only the 4 in fairyland will be tied down to an area. This is a good thing. Also, I count at least 33 of them that have past experience. So that is a good ratio of experienced to 1st year. That will give the new ones plenty of people to learn from and look to for guidance. Yes, not seeing the names of people like Greg or Heather is a bit shocking. Especially for someone like me, who has never been to the faire when they weren't cast. But both were only part time last year. Real life does invade. Rather than bemoan thier loss, I will think good thoughts and hope they are enjoying whatever it is that has drawn them away. I will hold out hope of seeing them in the shire visiting though. I am also hoping that Dani's comment about "Richard's gypsy troupe" holds a clue as to why I don't see Kim's name on the list.
All-in-all I am exited about the list. I look forward to seeing what will happen next. Some of these people should be very interesting in their new roles. And I can't wait to see them in action. Hurry up! I want it to by July already!

Heather moved to San Diego so the commute would be tough Richard is Creating a camp but we are going away from Gypsies. Last season half[ftp][/ftp] of our village was from somewhere else. So I have limited the distance to create a more UK feel. The camphe is creating isan Irish Tinker camp and it will add some new and some familiar faces. But willactually swell the cast wellover fifty. I also forgot to mention that Richard is our music director and has some very exciting things happening on that front too.

What a great twist. I love the way you are building the theme, John. The Irish tinker idea is an incredible way to legitimize the camp's presence. I am so glad that you are leading the charge to greatness for GLMF.
