Thank you-I thought I was the only one that could not hear them. Hence, called Silent Lion.
Should be The Lion's Roar.

I guess that is better than nothing, yet so disappointing.
John...we've got to get Owain for longer than that by any means possible.

I would love to get owen for longer, But Owen is an act that is reliant on CD sales Our little faire does not have enough turnover to keep him making profit. If I were him I would do the same thing and diversify create maximum opportunities for sales.

Guess that is a valid point. Ok...when do we double the size of our faire? How about Emuzeki?

Unfortunately our site grew too fast and we have yet to fill it. The key is to get a really solid entertainment show running which will draw the largest audiences due to the value we give them, thereby, filling in the village, which will do wonders for the atmosphere. If you really want acts like Owen Do whatever you can to promote the faire and I will make sure that the quailty is there to bring them back.--J

We haven't that lucky for the past few years. What is the status of Larry's relationship with the city? I hear he can't invest into the faire because the city constantly fights him, so...look elsewhere? Promotion? Promote at Great Lakes Mall in Mentor instead of Ashtabula Mall. Ashtabula Mall is a ghost town. Mentor Mall is ALWAYS busy. People in the Lake County area are also more affluent.

Actually Live promos are completely ineffective no matter where they are. the best advertising any live event can have is a solid word of mouth. The next is television and radio followed by press and billboards. teh amount of one on one touch at live promos does not justify the return. On any promo you can expect maybe a three to four percent return- eighty percent on word of mouth. Three to four on radio and television but the amonut of people reached justifies the cost. Now you have a little inside on what we do.As far as GLMF and the city the less people who know of the issues the better. As afr as affluent areas The reason i am entrenching myself in areas like Akron and chagrin Falls and the Cleveland Playhous eis to attract the more affluent types. The thing is we have to make sure that the show is up to par for that kind of audience. which is what i am working on now--J
