housework, bla! I have to do that tomorrow morning. Working and housework definitely don't mix! Yuck It would be really nice to have a fairy to use her magic to clean my house! but, alas all the fairies have gone to better places...

Now if only I could win the lottery..$$$$$$ Mead for Everyone! In the mean time why don't you hop in your car and meet us at the faire site in the spring, I can promise you calluses and back aches, and exhaustion throw in for good measure. and a sense of accomplishment you cannot buy for all the money in the world.

Dont think the thought hasn't come to mind. My work sked(read-, I have to do. things around my work sked),my job is not that of a normal one-every 2-3 months days off change. Spring is far off to plan anything. Hell, don't even know what I'm doing next weekend!

Just remember that the leaves in the gardens help protect the plants from the freeze over the rough winters.

That's another reason clean-up is put off until spring. And raking is one of the last things that is done.
I use the same method here at home.

our leaves start aug to early Dec, if we have strong winds, the trees shed early, but I'm notorious for keeping a spotless yard.. I'm even out early in the am if I see leaves, get them up before I head out to work. By Nov I'm so sick and tired I could barf... Just thought you'd like to know that!
