Hello All! The name is Will, and I honestly have no idea what I am playing. Please note the screen name. I am aware I look like a guy from a movie. I have heard it for 13 years of my life. I am fine with hearing it again but be forewarned there is very little that I haven't had said to me. Ok that being out of the way (and thus using up my jerk token for the year) Hi! My first year here. It's all very exciting. I look forward to meeting you all (though some I have met and to you an extra hello) And please offer advice for the n00b. Well my fairite friends, I will see you all in a surprisingly short period of time methinks... opeace! This guy? Yeah. Eat him aliiiiiive. Nothing says welcome like that. 'Specially for him. Permission granted.

Hello, Everybody, I'm the Irish Troubadour coming to GLMF on the last weekend. I'm more of a playtron who is also a masquer or stage act. There should be a name for that. Any suggestions? I've been performing at the Pittsburgh Renaissance Festival since 2004 (except for the year we were closed) but I have been an Irish pub entertainer for many, many years. I'm really looking forward to meeting everybody and playing for you. Countin' down the days. Slan.

Stephanieann, Slan is Irish slang for goodby. I should have explained that. It's where we get "So long". I was at the Pirate Pub Stage in between Porter and Stout and the Nauty Bawdy Babes. We were down in the woods just down from Cast In Bronze. I MC'd the Pub Sing. Yes, I have been told I will be at PRF for the whole run but no contracts have been done yet.

Oh sorry I should have known that, haha thank you for explaining! Then I have seen you, since I tended to be at the pirate pub a lot when I was there. Very nice, welcome.

Greetings all! The wife and I have been going to GLMF for at least 6 years now. I can't believe it's taken me this long to find this forum! Anyway, we've made a few friends and are looking forward to making more this year and getting more involved. We are truly blessed to have such a great faire so close to home. I'll post a pic or put one up as an avatar in hopes that someone might recognize us.

Greetings, My name is Sir Michael of Mentor. Although I have been to your Faire for the past 5 years, this is the first year for me to dress in costume. I have been bringing Fairy Princess Emma of Fayetteville for the past 5 years as well. We are both looking forward to this year's Faire and just wanted to give you all fair greetings. Sir Michael Knight Commander of Mentor

Lady Isolde, My princess bids thee well and is looking forward to seeing thee at the Faire. Actually, Emma has been attending since she was 3, and dressing her part since she was 4. This is the highlight of her summer vacation. Last year, a lady in waiting gave her a silk flower rose with some beads on it. She still cherishes it. Was that thee? Have a great day....Sir Michael
