What is the first thing you want to do when you get to the faire. (And I don't mean things like get your tickets. )

Well, lets see. IT will probably take us about 2-3 hours to make a complete loop of the place and say hi to friends. By that time it will be time to hit the bakery for one of the cinamin rolls I have been craving.
EDIT : almost forgot. Get to Piper's and get my bottle filled!

For us it's usually a cup of coffee and cinnamon roll and meeting friends. Also the shows over by the chessboard stage as the sun in the afternoon is a killer

I'm gonna get dressed, yell a bit, dance a bit and then sit down and lazily eat breakfast while yelling at passersby as usual.
Eventually my various puckers will find me and yell at me until I wake up and start up the first of this year's pucks.

Get dressed during morning meeting, curse the laces of my dress, get someone to braid my hair, fight with my props until they sit somewhat right, stumble blearily out to front gate just before opening gate show and interact with people, roleplay my way into the grounds, and then the first chance I get I'll go fill my mug up with ice at one of the lemonade stands. Water is the most important thing!

Find out where they are storing the pickles on that particular weekend, and then either have one of the garbage guys fetch one or get it myself. Arrange for delivery of ice (or get it myself). Set up the grove. And once the goddess has arrived, go and get dressed.

I have about 50 million things before the gate opens. Most of them to do with putting together the garb of Onyx and Faun. Eek

The first thing I wanna see is the "fight scene" to be held upon the Johnny Phoenix stage. JR has a fight in it, and with his propensity of self inflicted injuries to his leg as of late I figure he will probably fall off the stage and break his leg in 48 places and have to be life flighted to Cleveland Clinic where they will amputate it and he will be forced to wear a parrot on his shoulder and go AAARRRG! the rest of the faire. Should be a great show, ya don't wanna miss it! HANK. P.S. just teasin the boy a bit. But in the acting game they do tell ya to "break a Leg" do they not?

Onyx - oh dear gods, putting on ears in the morning! I don't miss doing that at all. *hehe!*
Hank - *dies laughing* ...You owe my workplace a new monitor, dammit!

Hank - With the great image you just gave us of JR, I am sure we all want to see this "fight scene"! I know it's now one of the first things that I'm going to do. Anyways, you gave me a great laugh, which usually doesn't happen when I'm at work!

Well, I'm starting arm and back exercises now, so that the hours of hugs won't strain me too much. After the hours of reunion hugs, I'll wander to see who I haven't hugged yet. Then perhaps go back for a second round.
Then at some point mid-day, I'll start looking at the program to see wha's up, and plan my summer weekends accordingly. Eat, drink, take in a show, wander the vendors and watch my money fly away.
Then of course, all the hugs goodbye at the end of the day. OHHH, the sacrifice! The work of a rennie is never done!
