There are a few of us that want to come see how court goes tomorrow morning..
Can someone confirm that this is going on tomorrow, and the time?
Also, the address for any of us that may want to come out...
Thanks in advance!

Is it up for re-scheduling. ? And was the judge or hearing officer wise enough to see what a farce this was?

Hank here. This is straight from Highlandcoo's lips to my ears. I spoke with her this afternoon at the service for Hoss and as she is one of the people who received a citation I have every reason to believe she know what is going on. She was notified by the prosecutor that they wanted to "review" things a bit further and the court date tomorrow was canceled. I would imagine if they choose to carry the matter forth she will be notified when and where to appear.
My feeling about this is that they don't really feel they can make anything "stick" and they don't want to make complete fools of themselves else they would be going forth with this matter. So in my humble opinion this is a good sign.
HANK.

MAybe all the complaining to the county commissioners paid off. They don't want to be seen wasting taxpayer money if all the cases end up getting tossed anyway.

It's 10:20 pm. I was planning on going to court tomorrow morning to observe and be a friendly face to those summoned. Can someone tell me for sure now that the arraignments are cancelled? Olive

Olive, according to Ed Beard and his lady who received a citation, the cites will not be in court. There is a suspicious part of me that says if you got one show up,but Ed says the cites can not be heard. they are not on the docket. I had the same plans myself. As is I will be at the meeting of the "trustees" And now totally Off the subject, will you have chocolate muffins this weekend?
