From what I understand, having never actually seen it, Behind The Music is more in depth interview than music. And it's VH1, so they'll repeat it a million times if you really want to catch it.

Yeah. That is why I like the Behind the Music series. You get lots of interviews. Both with the people they are covering and others who were there when it was happening. And music, and lots of cool bits of info.
I just caught part of one about Pink a few weeks ago. Good stuff.

They've done it before. And I don't think it could get much worse than the late 80's stuff anyway.
Just bummed RJD died. I really loved the Heaven & Hell stuff, and they were working on some new stuff before his health turned so rapidly.

Not sure how long they're gonna be doing this but right now as a promotion for the re-release of their entire catalog, you can catch the entirety of Dark Side of the Moon from a 1974 Wembley show being streamed every hour at the top of the hour at www.youtube.com/OfficialPinkFloydVerily, tis most awesome!

Trevor. Got something you might be interested in if you can pick up the signal out your way. I hit upon this radio station by accident about a month ago and now it is about the only station I listen to. It's out of Cleveland, 87.7 on the FM dial. Not sure if they are a PBS, or college station or what, but these guys play ANYTHING and EVERYTHING from like the 1950's to 2012. I think they just brought in their personal record collections and play what they damn well feel like cuz you sure as Hell DON'T hear the same 25 songs all day everyday. Very little song duplication and even fewer commercials.
They will play something like Papa Roach, then Tequilia, by the Champs, which is like 1958 if I remember right, then Metalica, followed by the Rolling Stones.
When we drove down to John and Tina's for Easter I got a strong signal about 98% of the way down. We only started to loose em when we got into the hills near their house, so you might be able to get em out your way. If so, check em out, ya might like what their playing.
HANK.

Sounds familiar. I think thier call tag is 87X or something like that.
I think one day I was listening to it, and they were playing old radio serials.
