Ok, this is where you get to tell the cast what you thought was cool. What interesting street bits you caught. Maybe some of the little things that just brightened your day. I have a few from opeing weekend. First was the ratcatcher laying some traps for the rats over by the maze. Nothing big, or flashy, or attention grabbing. Just a nice little bit that was cute and funny when you stumbled upon it. Next was the mortician and her bucket. Ready at hand for those who wished to kick it That was just great! Twilight (the purple fairy) and her tree branch. She had a dead branch that she was waling around trying to show that it was summer time. As the branch was confused and thought it was winter out. And last, but not least for me. Jinxy's royal stump

I didn't get to see it, but Abii told me about it. Luna, the moonlight faerie (Abii) was playing with Harold the fishmonger becuase he can't see faeries. So she stole his fish and he's yelling "Flying fish! Look! I'm not crazy! There's a flying fish!"
I would have loved to have seen that. ^.^

If you haven't yet, strike up a conversation with Holly Mackerel about her profession......Very punny!

Oh yes. Holly is a riot. I saw che and her husband together, and their parting was funny, yet slightly disturbing to watch. It was great! Thanks for jogging my memory. So many things to see, so few brain cells to remember them all

Holly (Rebecca) is hysterical! She is the queen of one liners. She's a very sweet person too. ^.^

I thought Nicole (french scullery maid) was fantastic balancing her feather duster through the lanes.

How about after the hurricane on Saturday, when I found Stephan the gypsy sitting in a mud puddle, filthy up to the armpits, taking a gypsy bath! Yes, clothed, thank you. Begging hugs from passersby. Extremely funny! Matt, you rock!

I have a sneaking suspicion that all that rain on Saturday was actually a covert attempt by the Mud Beggars (in collaboration with Morgana) to take over Avaloch...I don’t have proof...yet....but I’ll keep searching. (I’ve got Scully and Mulder working on it now.)

Well, I did hear Morgana saying something about 'ungrateful whiners.' They complained all day about the heat and humidity and kept asking her if there was anything that sho could do. So she fixes the problem, and all they can do is complain about that too. Hawise - did you see when he was giving one of the goats a bath too? It was awesome! He even had some kids join him in the puddle in front of gypsy camp to help out.

There is sooo much going on in the streets this season I can't choose just one. The whole cast is really getting into it and it is marvelous.
My all time favorite from this weekend:: Kind Arthur just after opening gate...standing by the Maypole... a woman in a wheelchair arrived, she had 2 tiny dogs in her lap. Arthur walked up to her and said something like, "Are you to be in our chariot races this fine day and are these wonderful steeds going to pull you?" (Sorry if I worded that all wrong, Larry.) You could tell on her face that she was loving all the attention and felt welcomed to the Faire. I am sure she enjoyed her day.
The Butcher's daughter has a very cute little song she made up.
Twilight making herself invisible by hiding under a sheer cloth.
Again Twilight, taking the little tiny roses from hair and having a tiny bouquet.
Jinxy and Nicole trying to sleep along the main road.
I could keep going and going. Can't wait til next weekend to see what you have in store for us.

Next weekend is going to be freaking awesome. Why? It's Celtic weekend. 'why' you ask? becuase Isolde is Princess of Ireland, that's why. (her father is King Anguish) So I am very freaking excited for Celtic Weekend. Oh, and so is Tristan, being King Marke of Scotland's nephew. ^.^
Oh, and one of my favorite bits...Nicole and Louis being put in the stocks becuase they were french and arguing. I didnt see, but I heard about it, and i think that's funny.

I did see Nicole sitting in the road directing traffic with a fish. It was very amusing!
