How VERY TRUE Jasmine. And what Lady C said about the respect thing is right one the monies. We tell not to go a do something when the youngest is involved and she will still go behind our backs and do it. Then when we get on her about it she tells us we are just being stupid. What is sad is that she is going to college for being a social worker and working with children in group homes and city programs. I think she is to full of herself.

This girl is giving the rest of us a bad name! Not really. Most guys realize women like her are the exception, not the rule.

Thank God for you guys. At times I feel so alone about this since my extended family is few and not close and all that I am around is John's extended family and they have interfered for the worst. I will buy the drinks. Thank you ALL

hahahaha...haha
A lot of really selfless people go into these programs. Their good influence, along with seeing the hardhips of those kids might give her some perspective... just a thought

Their good influence, along with seeing the hardships of those kids might give her some perspective... just a thought Or a chance to reinforce her superiority over the human race. Wow what an evil thing to say. Hubby must see something in her. Just hope that does not wear off when it is legal. SEE some power is corrupting me to say such awful things. Help

I'm afraid that I agree with Simon's second paragraph Penny. I just don't understand people who find kindness a weakness.
She'll always be my daughter-at least in my eyes,if not in hers.

To quote Simon:" Hubby must see something in her"
WELL...They say love is blind. But, I think sometimes it is STUPID as well. Just my opinion. HANK.

There's a shoe for every foot, regardless of the quality of the foot!

I adapted it from a line in the Shakira song "Poems to a Horse" (from the album Laundry Service). Her line is "there's a foot for every shoe...", but I thought it sounded better the other way. Glad you like it!

Well, I asked my hubby to get me a different engagement ring....but I actually wanted a SMALLER diamond. Yeah, the girls at the jewelry store thought I was insane. ;D He'll never wear a kilt, but that's ok because he's not Irish or Scottish. I like my kilted men to be "purebloods"!!! (and the accent is a yummy bonus.) Any news about performers for the theme weekends yet?

Haven't seen anything on the site yet. And no word from Brook either.
I have heard a few things, but won't post rumors as it tends to cause more problems than anything else.
