For those that do not know, in order to purchase food or drink at faire concession stands, you must exchange real money for faire money. Purple dollar bill type things. They come in different denominations. There are exchange tents near any area where you will need them.
Very important. Do not get more than you need! These will not be exchanged back for real money at the end of the day, or at the end of the faire season. So, if you have any left over, you are stuck with them.
Also, keep in mind that these are only good at food/beverage locations. You cannot use them with the vendors at faire to buy goods.
