Here is the official tournament thread.
Ir will start Saturday at 1 PM. At the nobles encampment.
Anyone who shows up late will not be allowed to join late. So once we start pucking, that's it.
We will puck 9 holes. Penfold will be the official score keeper and referee.
It will be stud-pucking only.
Please sign up in this thread if you intend to participate. That way we have some idea of how many to expect.

The 9 holes in order will be Old World Loop, minus the nobility hole (which is actually a very advanced hole) The Jail hole. The last 4 holes of the Chessboard loop. So we will start at the nobility encampment. Puck to the sign across from Plucks. Move to the masseuse Puck to the story telling tree. Back out to the road Puck to the tree by the crows nest Over to the picnic area Puck to the gazebo. Move up to behind knacker ball Puck to the jail. Move up to the chapel Puck to the unicorn Move to the faerie land path Puck to the bear Move to the Washing Well Wench bleachers Puck to the Vargo Move down to across from Owain's stage. Puck to the chapel Then we will tabulate the scores. Determine the winners. And award prizes there at the stage. Depending on how long this takes, we may break at one point during the day. Probably between the different areas. Penfold will not be pucking so he should not slow us up too much If things take extremely long, or if something crops up, the 9 holes may be cut down to a smaller number.

Perfect!!! Tonight, I rest. Tomorrow, I work on prizes. =)
I would like to state that all participants will receive at least a token of their participation. I'll try to make plenty, but if I'm short, I'll make sure you still get one somehow.
As for the actual prizes, all will be handmade and therefore unique, one of a kind prizes! They may not be amazing craftsmanship, but they'll definitely remind you of rat puck and hopefully who you were pucking with!

Prize update. Tournament Tokens:Everyone will receive a token as proof of their participation in the tournament. First Place:Second Place:Third Place:So far, all my attempts at crazy go nuts 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes have shot themselves down either due to money, time, or other shortcomings of my plans. At this point, I can tell you that they will be handmade and therefore unique. Yup. If I'm really lucky, they may even be really cool! Or they may be fitting of a ratcatcher! Or both! Anyway... Let's see what I come up with eh? Hopefully you'll all enjoy the tourney, the fun, the tokens, and whatever else I come up with.

Whatever you come up with will be cool. One of the fun things about rat puck is that it is a cheap undertaking. We are talking about rats and rat catchers here. It adds to the mystique of it all.
