He lived a good life and was lucking enough to be able to enjoy his grt grt grandaughter's 1st xmas with her. He got to enjoy her 1st bday in April 09 and he got to smile with her within the weeks b4 his passing. I mourn his passing , in my eyes he was a very rich man for he had lots of family and friends that loved and cared about him and I will always carry his memory with me.

Hank Your gonna feel like 20 again Our thought s will be with you- When my husband flew in Thurs from work, I drove him the ER..He felt he had a bad sinus infection- I saw left side of his face a bit droopy , eye thing started last Sun of slow blinking, long story short, he was diagnosed with Bells Palsy, nerves are inflamed, and what ever, whichever side your face is , it make take weeks or months, to return to normal, or may not go back, good news is looks like the left cheek has a slight improvement. He's on 2 meds, plus a very very lubricant eye gel... I won the debate of him going to the ER. He wanted to come and sleep--time is of the essence.. YOU CANNOT WAIT> Friday, he thanked me and told me I was right.

WOW Lady C. Please give your husband my best wishes and tell him he is in my prayers as are all who have been posted about on here. I also have someone to post about. in case you have not read the post concerning Steve's mom. His mom is doing better but Steve had to go for eye surgery on wednesday. he had a severly detatched and torn retena in his right eye. luckly they cought it in time and they said they fixed it 100%. if he had not cought it in time ( it was less than a day between his initial appt. and the surgery) he could have lost total sight in his right eye. since he is an artist this would have been as detrimental as him loosing his hands. he has a follow-up appt. next week and when I know more i will let everyone here know. he will not be able to e-mail for severeal weeks so I am posting this for him.

Ouch, lucky for him it was corrected. That's what happens, you get repaired and keep going. I tell my Dr patch me up, give me meds and let me keep going. no stopping me.

Update on Steve!!
I just got a phone call from Steve's mom. Steve is in Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. He was admitted earlier today because he is having complications. they think he had a minor blood clot travel from his eye to his brain. it had dissapated by the time he got to the hospital but the are keeping him at least for the rest of the weekend. he is in a room but he is not recieving phone calls since the doctors want him to rest undisturbed till they know what is going on for sure. as of 6pm he was going for an MRI. as soon as I know more I will let you all know. Please keep him in your prayers.
