What ticks me off right now? Mud, my employer's backyard is a soggy muddy mess. Your feet slip around just walking on it, like you could just peel the grass right off like skin. Makes mowing a real pain in the ass!

Is it just me, or are the political campaigners getting out of hand!! ?! ( Ought to spell that camPAIN !) I know we're comming down to the wire here, but, so far today, I've gotten FOUR phone calls, not even counting the message on the machine this morning, and it's only 2 o'clock! Give it a rest, already! I've got better things to do with my time than run to the phone every 5 minutes to listen to these idiots bad mouthing each other. Yeah, I can let the machine pick up, but then I have to hear the whole damned thing...by picking up, I can then HANG up and make them go away! I should think by now that if you're going to vote ( and no, I don't......and don't start on me! You'll also never hear me bitching about who's in office. So far as I'm concerned, they're ALL a pack of cretins!) you'd have a pretty good idea of who or what you were voting FOR, and, personally, even if I were planning on voting, getting 600 phone calls from my cantidate of choice mud slinging his or her opponent would be REALLY likely to change my mind in the other guy's favor! ( Of course, they'd probably be doing just as much.....see why I don't vote!) You can go ahead and campaign all you like...signs, posters, newspaper, T.V. and raido ads-not that those don't drive me crazy in their own right!- town meetings, whatever! Stand on an icy street corner, see if I care! But DO NOT invade my privacy by calling me at home, and especially not 723 times!!!!! Yes, it's a free country, and yes, we do have freedom of speech... but your rights to all that end where my nose ( and home) begins, and I REALLY don't appreciate you shoving your damned public campaign into my PRIVATE life!!!!!!!!! Honestly, I'd rather deal with telemarketers! At least then (when you talk to a real person, at any rate) they''ll back off and quit calling when you tell them to!!

Having to explain to parents why little Johnny got a D in English and then have them blame me. I show them the grade book and have proof that Johnny didn't do any of his homework. They blame me because I didn't remind Johnny 100 times that he is missing homework!!! I really don't like parent/teacher conferences.

Homework!! We ain't got no stinkin homework! We don't need no stinkin homework!
Shame on you girl for flunkin the dumb lil buggers! Pass em on to the next grade. It will get them out of your hair, and they can make all that stuff up in remedial classes when they gets to cul ledge.
And so what if they are dumber then a box of rocks! Why they can always be Automotive engineers or politicians! Neither of those jobs seem to require a whole hell of a lot of smarts. HANK.

when people don't have the strength and courage to act in the best interest of the people they claim to love. when someone thinks that others shouldn't be hurt or upset at her actions just because she was drunk when she did them. when someone still thinks it's worth it to hang with people who will shun you mercilessly unless you lower yourself to their level.
I get ticked off when others expect me to lower my standards, to dilute myself because the rest of the world is too fragile to deal with me the way I am.
Lots of things tick me off today. practically everything.

I understand that mood all too well! I consider humanity to be nothing more than selfish babbling bipedal apes who think they're clever. Present company excluded, of course!
