Yes, it is confirmed! For all those of you who have heard rumors, speculate no more! The Great Lakes Medieval Faire 2006 will play host to the debut of a very new (and yet very experienced) act: Porter & Stout - Music, Plunder, and Really Bad Eggs (go to www.porterstout.com to see who we are). While the contracts really only has one of us on the days we are there, we figure that two heads are better than one, so the other half is probably going to show up even on the odd days to just sort of play along. It is a possibility that we will actually have a scheduled show for one weekend - that is yet to be determined. But anyways, you're going to see an old face in a new persona, rousting the layabouts from their slumber and keelhauling the unwary. So prepare yourself for music, mayhem, and chaos, as these two buccaneers lay claim to the shire of Avaloch in the name of fun, laughter, and amazement! Arrrrr!!!

What a make-over Richard. Didn't realize that was you till you 2 went to Griffins. Hearing the music just added to everything we are doing.

They came in during morning warmups, hung around John and Tom for a few minutes and then wandered into the shire playing away on their guitars. They came back to the feast hall area towards the end of lunch and went out from there.
Yup.
Sounded good too. YAY!

I just glad to know that we will be blessed with your music again. With the closing of GPRF, and Fifika's messages about Anamchara not working out this year, I was afraid that you had moved on to other locations.
Looking forward to hearing your voice (in pyraty form) again.
I am new to this forum, but just hearing about all the preparation for GLMF is lifting my spirits after the demise of GPRF. Hope to meet you all at Sat. Meet& Greet, or at the Mall this weekend.
