First of all WOW! Ok. Now that I have had a chance to process. Welcome John and Tom I don't really know either of these two, though I have seen them both perform, and loved them. Tom was awesome as the king in 2002 and really added to the magic of the shire. John of course was part of Hack & Slash, and I don't think I need to say more about that. I look forward to seeing what they will both bring to faire this year, and in years to come. To Brook, I would like to express my admiration at the way you are handling things. You are being very adult and profesional about what happened, and I am glad you will still be in and around the shire doing what you do best, performing. (and I don't mean that as any kind of slight towards your administration or managment skills. But as a true compliment on your performing ability. ) I look forward to seeing what happens from here. I was already excited about this season because of the quantity, quality, and excitement of the current cast. I hope these events will enhance that.

Mayhaps the public will be able to access the GLMF website now? Buehler? Buehler? Uh. The website is accessable. If you are talking about the forum, that was not a decision made by Brook. Larry was the one that ordered that closed. Brook was the one that had to fight to even keep it at all for the cast to use. Lets not clutter up this thread with things that really have nothing to do with it.

Aye..I agree...Trevor's forum is well enough for the regular patrons and the GLMF forum should be restricted to GLMF cast and employees only... OMG... only 39 days to go!!!!!!!!!!!

As to the "goodbye" - it's not really goodbye. Brook, I am so happy you'll be staying on as Pester, one of my favorite GLMF characters. You are a wonderful performer and I'll be glad to see you back on the street (so to speak).
As to John returning, YIPEEEEEE!!! With or without Hack and Slash, John is a wonderful, well-respected man with countless years of experience in direction and management. Mitch, you were my first thought - I knew you'd be thrilled! God bless you all, it's gonna be a great year in Avaloch.

When sketch came home and told me the news of Brook's departure, I have to say I was quite upset. I don't know Brook very well, nor do I know the fine gentleman who will hopefully bring our beloved GLMF up to the level it should be. What I do know about Brook is that he made quite an impression on my son in the short weeks that cast has been working together. Impressing sketch takes alot-and Brook did that. To Brook I say thank you for all you have taught my son in these short weeks. I am certain he will miss you, as will many others.

Update. Wanted to let everyone know that I will not be returning to the mud after all. With a new baby on the way, I've taken a full time job elsewhere with benefits and a real paycheck. Daisy will still be there with our rose shop and I'll pop by when I can. But, unfortunately, no Pester. Thanks all for the kind words, and I hope to see you when I visit. Brook

I will be sorry not to see Pester running around the shire all the time but do understand about having to take care of the family first. And benifits do help. Congrats on the new arrival. Boy is there something in the water up there what with all the new or pending arrivals.

Boy is there something in the water up there what with all the new or pending arrivals. No, it's all the maypole dancing we did last season. ;P That's what you get when you do a fertility ritual two or three times a day every weekend for six weekends... */tease*
