Richard inquired about his coming back several months back and was told they were not sure if they needed him at that point. That was later upgraded into an official "we won't be needing you".
He wants to be back. He likes you all and likes playing for you.

And we like having him there, and listening to him play.

There are still a few more things in the works. They had been holding off on updates until they had them all lined up. But due to everyone's impatients and ire at hearing about who was not going to be back, they went ahead and posted what they did have confirmed. And for some reason, they forgot to add Terry to the list. He had a contract a while ago, and was part of the begining of this thread.

Jeanette is also "Lady Ophelia More" the woman that does the dance show on the main town center.
Terry will be there. He said so on Faceook.

Okay, sent this question directly to the Staff via the GLMF Website but haven't heard anything back. I know everyone is running around getting things ready but I have to ask again as this involves Rennies from other states coming to GLMF this year and mundanes who have been going to the Faire for a few years now and have seen the changes...
Will Playtrons/Patrons be allowed to bring IN coolers/softpack coolers to the Faire Site (like last year)? I know several vendors offered places for people to park coolers of alcoholic beverages and no one seemed to have a problem with it as long as one was discreet. (No rolling in kegs through the Front Gates, sorry guys) SO...will this still be the practice this year AND will it be stated as such on FAQ on the GLMF Webpage?
Just askin' because others asked me and I don't know what to tell them....

I'm nowhere near an official answer but I would venture that things will go about the same as last year on that front.
Just be cool and low key and odds are good that things will be just fine.

Totally agree and hope that this will be what happens...as I said...no rolling kegs through the Front Gates...BUT...I'd really feel better if someone from GLMF Staff says that as long as it's "low key"...it's cool. Decisions can be made at the last minute to change what was acceptable before...don't want to get caught in the middle of that argument...

I doubt very much that you will get any kind of public statement along those lines. Even if that is the way that management feels, to say so on the record could possibly open them up for more attacks from you know who.

I totally understand that as well, and I certainly wasn't expecting "sky writing" LOL! But a general..."Things will work as they did last year" on an unofficial Site might be nice...
