This division does not authorize a board of township trustees to apply a resolution it adopts under this division to any person invited by an owner or tenant to visit the owner’s or tenant’s premises to sell, offer for sale, or solicit orders for future delivery of goods. The problem with this is: "Or solicit orders for FUTURE delivery of goods" Like a tupperware or housewares party....where you go, order stuff, and then it's usually delivered to the person who had the party for distribution......So have people purchase, give them a receipt.......deliver them there product after a brief 1 minute wait! Future delivery of goods. Allyn

7) A 13 year old girl working one of the games was cited. (Again we take this for truth.. We do not want to know who the girl is, just if it happened and a minor was cited.) Alrighty folks... I've been trying to confirm this one, and I feel like I can say that this is FALSE. I talked to the guy that runs the games near the Joust field and Knacker-Ball. None of his people.. Talked to a guy in the games near Drift. None of them... Then I heard someone say they heard it was a girl in a lemonade booth.. So I asked the girls at one of the lemonade booths. Although they may have some younger people working there, (the girl I talked to is 16), they don't know of any that are 13... Also, as the lemonade stands are the Faire, the citations were made out to Cindy, and not to the girls working the booth. So I can say that no 13 year old girl running games was cited, nor the variant of a 13 year old lemonade girl cited. Now, I'm just very curious at how this one started up. I have heard this rumor from a number of people, and many believe it even though it cannot be substantiated.
