What event, that is actually taking place at the faire, isn't in the program.

Very true. But then again, set street bits have never been in the program. Kind of takes away the feeling of it being an impromptu thing that just happens between the character when you know it is scheduled. Speaking of the dancing. What do all of you think of it? Personally, I think there is way too much scheduled dancing that past few years. Yes it is nice to watch, or get drug into (I will get even with that blacksmith BTW ) It seems to take a lot of cast off the street for long periods of time. And we don't have a lot of cast to start with. Once or twice a day would be nice, but there are what 4 or 5 scheduled dances this season? And the big one in town square uses a lot of cast, takes a long time, and tends to cause a bit of a bottleneck when the crowds are big.

the contests are not actually listed in the program as to location or time and I was specifically referring to the "Learn the Tarantella" which was also not posted anywhere that I could find. After talking with the cast on this board I believe it is the pesant dance near the mud pitt around 4pm. But a mundane coming to the faire for one day will not go through all that trouble to find out when and where something is... if they don't happen to stumble upon it (i.e. spag eating contest) they will do the things that have actual times and stages listed in the progam. If you want a better turn-out for contests, promos whatever.... then they need to be better publicized otherwise there is no point in having them at all.

The tarantella was actually a themed dance for Roman weekend. Cast has been given similar themed dances for other weekends.
Want to know what this week's themed dance is? Well, show up to one of the dances and we'll be sure to include you!
