Ok. I read all of that Britny, even went to the links. I also went to the "official" Rat Puck pages. It all looks very interesting and I would like to watch. When and what time do you start?

WOOOOOOOOO!!!! Thanks for all the hard work guys, I really appreciate it!
More than likely most pucking will happen before the parade and after the chess match. Of course, if I am not present, Trevor and Brittny usually take things into their own hands, which is wonderous because everyone still gets to puck whether I'm off working or being lazy. (emphasis on the lazy)

Also, the first hole is more of a warm-up hole. Something down by the main gate to help introduce patrons to the game, and add more ambiance to the faire. The first hole can be played in either direction really. From banner to the sign, or sign to the banner. Considering it's location though, it is best played early in the morning, or in the afternoon (when there is some shade)

Oh yeah, we want to set some kind of par on each of these? I know Penfold has that for some of the holes (pre existing) and I have guessed at a couple others. But we need to set a par on the rest.

Oh yeah, Kat. That question kind of implies that this is actually organized. General rule of thumb. If the rat catcher is involved, organization goes out the window. It just has that illusion because we have taken the time to actually lay out and write out what is usually stuck in Penfold's head.
With that said. Pucking can occur at any time. By anyone. The rat catcher does not need to be present to puck. We only actually need him for the tournament, and that is only to lend some sort of illusion of officialdome (and to make him feel good) So, basically keep your eyes open. If you see (or hear) someone pucking, go watch. Or, alternatively, if you see any of the pucking crew, just ask if there will be any pucking that day.

Saturday, we had our first cluster puck of the season! We pucked hole #5 (Steve's hole)
Britny and I also worked a few other holes during the day, and discovered a few things. Hole $9 (the pub hole) has gotten even harder. There are now vendors in the way. Not enough to put a big crimp on the hole, but enough to make it more challenging.
Hole #6 (the gazebo) hole on the other hand. Has a vendor right in the middle of it now. Instead of the picnic tables we used to go over, there is now Fiona's Fineries.
